wait a sec..i am confused

And yes this probably should be in the politics forum, is not really a conspiracy theory.

I think we can make it relevant to 9/11 CTs by focusing on the OP's worry that demagogue heads of state like Chavez and Ahmadinejad are endorsing 9/11 CTs, and what could come out of such public endorsements.

I for one worry that they give them weight, and legitimacy. IMO they only endorse it because they will support anything that is harmful to the US, but ultimately this is a war of ideology.

Power corrupts, power creates paranoia(sometimes justified), power then suggests that no one else should be in power, and thus one works to increase power until absolute power corrupts absolutly.

yea i really didntmean to start a Venezuela political debate..lol - My original topic in relation to this forum was the fact of how the CT community embraced him including William Rodriguez who actually met with the guy - how they hearld this guy as a hero simply because he used their own propaganda to decry Bush as a criminal. And now that he is showing his true aims they are runninglike rats froma sinking ship and conviently avoiding the reminder that they supported him in any way .

Any way you can return to your discussion on third world politics. :boxedin:

not to derail but thats been enigmas pro-LCF argument of late, lol
It has? You really have to explain that. Pm if you want or right here in the forum, your choice.

ETA - how exactly is my argument pro -LCF or I would think you could also say anti-Jref????

lately whenever someone mentions that LCF bans people for disagreeing you are always quick to point out that you havent been banned..well guess what, youre the only one

i dont see how that equals anti-jref, but suit yourself, personally i never bought the whole "with us or against us" mindset

I am the only Jref poster at LCF? That simply isn't true at all. Now explain how my argument is what Anti-Sophist said?

ETA - pointing out an error in some peoples claims is not a pro-LCF stance but of course you are free to call it whatever you wish.

Tell me, how is limiting the number of hours that they can work to 6 hours a day going to help the poor?

Well that depends, if they still recieve the same income but don't have to work 12-14 hours a day, it's be a huge help. If they have been cut from 8 to 6 and get paid by the hour, then there is certainly an issue. While there is an issue as to what it does to pay rates, any law that limits the ability of employers to make their workers work excessive amounts of hours is good in my book. Of course there is also the factor that if someone can't work more then 6 hours a day, and the employer wants 12 hours a day, they end up hiring 2 people where previously they had only 1, so while the first might end up earning less, the new person gets a wage they wouldn't have had, so it can have positive and negitive effects depending on the situation.
