Psychic Detectives are real

I'll give you a couple more examples:

A psychic told the police that she saw the suspect walking into the sunset and this means he's about to leave the scene and try to kill himself so they better get over there. When they went by his house he had already hung himself.

The psychic then went to his house and she pointed out the tarp that the guy buried his wife in after he killed her and then she told the police what desert she was buried in. The police trusted the psychic enough to search the desert and guess what? They found the women buried in the desert the same way the psychic described. Again, the police started as skeptics and when the psychic kept giving them accurate information they kept going back to her.

Another psychic was helping the police find a suspect. She told the police the women was in specific place in Florida. The women was a wanted killer. They didn't find her in Florida and they went back to the psychic. She then told the police she was in a specific place in Hawaii and they better hurry because she's setting up another victim. The police found her in Hawaii where the psychic told them to look and she was living with a new guy. She would set up guys with money and then kill them. To the police surprise, they found an I.D. on the criminal from where? Florida and where the psychic said she was. She went to Florida then Hawaii and the psychic tracked her using her "psychic powers" when there are no psychic powers because psychic ability occurs naturally.

Magic Bears are real. I'll give a couple examples.

Once a magic bear went into a forest where there was no honey. He dug a hole in the ground walked around it three times. When he reached into the hole he pulled up a paw filled with honey. This ability occurs naturally of course.

A magic bear walked into a shopping mall, but no one could see him. He saw a lost little boy and sniffed him. He went around the mall and sniffed each adult. When he found a woman who smelled like the little boy he whispered in her ear where her son was. The woman was very happy and the magic bear went home and ate more honey.

Another magic bear went to a mountain to find the rarest Hairy Mountain Bees and get their honey. Unfortunately a Bigfoot was already there trying to steal the honey and was about to knock the hive to the ground. The Hairy Mountain Bees were trying to sting him and chase him off, but the Bigfoot's hair was much too thick. The magic bear roared very loudly and the Bigfoot ran away. The happy bees gave the magic bear plenty of honey to thank him for saving them.

Now that I have told you three stories about Magic Bears, you have to believe in them. No? Then I'm sure you understand how this relates to your post.

What I find interesting is that, on the other hand, the woo-supporter will do no research, no "probing", nothing that suggests that they ever considered that the psychics were NOT real... all the while accusing everyone else of closing their minds and refusing to consider all possibilities.
 
Are these the same bears that reported to the police some years ago that someone had been eating their porridge? If so, then I saw a TV show where a psychic was brought in by detectives to solve the case. The psychic noticed that not only had someone been eating their porridge, but someone had also been sleeping in their beds? How could the psychic possibly have known this? Everyone was really freaked out when she then revealed that someone had been sitting in their chairs as well. The police were so impressed, that they immediately sought a well qualified and well respected scientist to look into this particular psychic’s ability. Unfortunately, none were available so they got Gary Schwartz instead.

Disappointingly the culprit was never actually apprehended and the criminal remains at large to this day. If anyone has any information, please call the police immediately.

Etta Smith! The genuine white swan.

Read this.

A very curious case. When they got to the place Smith said the body would be found, she seemed not to know where she was. She was looking around for trees, the same as the detectives. She never claimed to have a vision. It was as if she had been told, orally where the body would be found.

After her arrest, it was shown that she and the murderer had a mutual friend. Sure, you can argue that she did a valuable service. Or you could argue that if the mutual friend hadn't been taken in by a belief in psychics, he/she would have found a better way to anonymously tip off the police.

If you have evidence that an invisible gremlin is living in your car lets hear it. Zammit is not making a silly claim in the abstract. He's showing you evidence and you can get a million dollars if you can rebut the evidence. It happens in court rooms everyday.

This is the skeptics mistake. I can say flying pink monkies are in my backyard but I don't have Police chiefs and peer reviewed journals supporting my claim like I do with psychic ability and life after death. Sorry, but that's an illogical argument.

He doesn't have evidence, and neither do you. What you both have is a stack of people saying "I swear it happened!", which is NOT EVIDENCE!

Plus, you know, the "challenge" is a total fraud. You have to "rebut" every single nonsense claim he makes, most of which boil down to someone saying "I don't have evidence, but I FEEL it!"

How do you refute a "feeling"? He's a fraud, and so is his challenge.

Is it not possible that an acquaintance of Smith, privy to information about the crime, sought her help in revealing the information? Could Smith not merely have been protecting her source? The possibility gains credibility from the fact that the killers were uncovered because one of them had boasted of the crime to people in his Pacoima neighborhood and, at the time, Smith lived in Pacoima!

This is typical from a skeptic. Here he offers zer evidence that she knew about the crime except they both lived in Pacoima. You have to show evidence that the criminal knew her and that she talked to the criminal about the crime. It's just conjecture and 3rd party heresay.

The police set it up but she was so accurate the police arrested her and she sued them and won. Skeptics have to do better than this.
 
Schwartz, Zammit, psychic detectives, magic bears, She's gonna blow capt'n, she canna take any more, the starship Skeptic wasna built to take such punishment:eek:
