Am I the only one who feels slightly cynical about this?

The BBC said this morning:

QUOTE
Police were alerted when the silver Mercedes was seen driving erratically, mounting the kerb and knocking over a bin.
Now it says:

QUOTE
Police were alerted by an ambulance crew who saw smoke coming from the silver Mercedes, parked near the Tiger Tiger nightclub.

The NWO sure loves to stage false-flag ops that make no sense, don't they?

Yeah, let's disable a car bomb. That'll plunge the UK into a police state!

It doesn't take a genious to realize how a false-flag campaign would work if it were designed to do what twoofers claim.

You'd hit the population with multiple attacks! Car bombs, shootings, hijackings...make them feel under attack at all times. That's when the terrified public will turn to the government to protect them by any means necessary.

It really is just all a big game to many of them. They’re playing “Let’s Pretend,” “Story Time” or “Pick ‘n’ Mix Reality.” Possibly as a result of taking too many remedial classes where there were “no wrong answers.”

Isn't it amazing how they can't seem to figure out that the police may have been alerted by more than one person?

AGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!

AGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!

AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I mean, give me a break, they "noticed" suspicious looking cars and then they "courageously" deactivated the bombs. Are you kidding? This is something straight out of a movie, not real life. It seems so scripted

Disgusting about the guys who risked their lives to deactivate it, but 'something out of a movie'???

Is Thermate planted explosives with remote controlled planes representative of the last Attenborough documentary?

Wow, that is an incredibly creative way of spelling "curb".

Presumably, also, this genius must think that the concept of deactivating explosives is inherently fantastical.

Already seen it blamed on MEMRI and Israel, or called false flag because supposedly MI5 used car bombs against the IRA or something. All ludicrous, sad, and completely unsurprising.

Can't link yet, but I'll quote part of it from prison planet.

British MI5 Had Hand In Previous Car Bombings
Security services played role in similar previous attacks, massive car bomb discovered in London

Intelligence sources are refusing to rule out an Irish connection to a massive car bomb that was discovered in the heart of London this morning. Though at this early stage the facts are sketchy, any link to the IRA or its offshoots would re-open a can of worms concerning the MI5's role in past terror attacks, and specifically car bombings, over the last few decades in Britain and Northern Ireland.

The timing of the attempted attack coincides with new Prime Minister Gordon Brown taking over from Tony Blair just yesterday.

Yeah right.:) I think the most intersting way to disable a bomb is to infact blow it up. Fighting fire with fire is sometimes very effective.:)

But this wasn't a bomb made from convential explosives, controlled explosions of bombs destroy the denotator, but leave the explosives untouched. This bomb was just pure excelerant, propane, and petrol. Very primative and any attempt to "blow it up" would trigger it.

On to the conspiracy would it not fall beyond the realms of sanity for truthers to get that terrorists are using today (as Broons 2nd full day in office) to send a message to him, and not vice versa.

I mean I can see his to do listen.

1. Paint Walls.

2. Undo all of Cherie's sodding Feg Sui nonsense.

3. Tell John Reid to shove off.

4. Sort out cabinet.

5. Sort drawers.

6. Arrange a false flaf terrorist operation, for the hell of it. Because Tony seemed to really get a kick out of doing them, and I want to totally punk with Jacqui Smith on her first day. Man she'll like get that phone call at
1:30am and hear there's like a bomb and all this stuff, and she'll freak, and come running in and the she'll come into the COBRA meeting, and we'd be like all serious and stuff, and then just when she's really buying into it, we'll like totally burst out laughing. Its going to be freaking awesome. Man I rule.

Hmmm apparently in my world Gordon Brown is channelling Keanu.

I knew that. It depends on certain situations. I also heard somewhere liquid nitrogen would have the same effect. Essentially, you'd break every single piece of electronics that way.

What's interesting here is the combination of materials- gasoline, gas bottles (I assume this means something like bottled propane as used for gas grills) and nails. Adding nails and other metal junk to work as shrapnel isn't uncommon for IED-makers, but the lack of actual explosives suggests that the builder of these devices expected the fuel containers to explode like dynamite when subjected to an initiating event- in other words, that the bomb-maker was too ignorant to know that hydrocarbon fuels are explosive only when mixed with air in the proper proportions.

Perhaps widespread scientific illiteracy isn't all downside. :boggled:

Classic reverse psychology. The NWO knows we know they'd know a fuel-based bomb wouldn't explode like dynamite, thus it wouldn't throw the planted 'shrapnel, thus we wouldn't think the NWO actually planted the bomb because they are smarter than that, even though we all know they did, in fact, plant the bomb. Their plan is working.

It's a recursive conspiracty theory. They know that we know that they know that we know.

Anyone else seen on the news they're now investigating two car bombs.

To be fair the Met might not be telling us everything. They have said the devices were viable, and would have caused a significant amount of carnage. It seems at least possible that there was a primary explosive involved as well, but the police just haven't mentioned it.
