ATTENTION!

Saturday July 7th, sometime during the day/morning/early afternoon, the idea has been floated to attend the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum in Dallas/FW area.

So far, we have myself, my wife, and JeffWagg tentatively joining. Who else would like to meet around 10 or 11 am and go to the museum for an afternoon of weird and wild fun?

I finally got a chance to check my schedule and I'm working Sat. night so I won't be able to join you guys... or even ask you to call me since I'll be asleep all day. :(

Here's the situation. I have to be in bed by about 10am Sat. so I can work that night. I have to be at work again Sun. night so my window of opportuntity on that day is about an hour from 7am to 8am. If you think you'll be up and in north Dallas or the northern suburbs at that time I'd love to meet for a quick cup of coffee or breakfast. Let me know if that will work for you here and I'll PM for details.
 
If you are trying to fill up the day, the 6th Floor Museum might be interesting for people who are interested in history.

no idea yet. I'm at this point just gathering names for who's interested to be able to plan.

Don't suppose you could give a suggestion of where to meet first, and how to herd us all there without violating laws of physics (or texas)?
 
I won't make it. I have to be home by July 5th, and I'm not willing to drive to Dallas one week after driving to Houston. Flight isn't an option right now.
 
Like US I have to work that night or I would most definitely be in.

But I would like to point out for future outings that coming August my schedule will change and I will be off Saturdays.

I will be around DFW every other weekend or so until I sell my house there.
 
Guys.. I screwed up. I gave Ducky the wrong info.

The date for this should be July 8th. July 7th is already booked. I got my days mixed up!!!

So, we should plan on doing Ripley's on Sunday, July 8th.
