Easter bunnies are genetically related to sea turtles, who hide their eggs in the sand, away from marauding predators. Why did the Easter Bunny hide the Easter eggs?
Okay, even I'm able to recognize that as disturbing. Still, it would hilarious to see people's reactions.
The Easter Bunny hid the Easter eggs so Michael Weiner wouldn't know he'd been waxing the chickens?Easter bunnies are genetically related to sea turtles, who hide their eggs in the sand, away from marauding predators.
Same deal. In EB's case, the marauding predators are right wing talk show hosts.

Easter has, and always will be about BUNNIES! Cute little fluffy chubby wubby BUNNIES. If the Christians try to de-bunnytize Easter, it's going to be the end of civilization as they know it!![]()
Actually, I fail to see how Easter has any theological significance. According to Christian theology, it was on Good Friday that humanity was redeemed. Easter was just an encore.
Chocomonkeys would be so cute, it wouldn't matter what you did to them.
Why do they only make chocobunnies? Why not chocodinosaurs and chocowhales and chocognus and chocojellyfish and chocoowls? They should make chocolate versions of every species. It would assist children in learning biology or something, besides just satisfying my eternal craving for chocolate in cute shapes.
God overcoming death, symbolizes the rebirth of humanity after Jesus died for out sins, stuff like that. I'm not an expert in Christian theology, I simply point out the fact that it is the most important Christian holyday, a fact which is accurate, irrespective of your (or anyone’s) opinions about whether that is logical. See for example the Wiki article on Easter. But what theological significance does the resurrection have?
