I'm beginning to suspect that his "degree" will get filed in the same category as his professional basketball career and his prophecy time-line.

Please show me that this post isn't just an attempt to deflect the simple question I asked you. Whether you wish to refer to it as a "B.Sc." or a "B.S.", in what field did you obtain your degree? What university awarded you this degree?

Yes you have a c after yours, my BS is followed by a cum laude, and then a BA, which is itself followed by summa cum laude, and then their is an over all magna cum laude and an additional summa cum laude. And in about three weeks there will be an MA infront of the whole thing. So if we are whipping out degrees here, my three of a kind beat your 10 high.

I suspect that, having been asked about it, he continues to use the wrong punctiuation out of stubbornness.

As for his "basketball career": He made conflicting claims about this. One that he gave up a career in basketball to pursue his missionary work and then another that he had played professionally with a European team. All queries as to the identity of this team have been ignored. I suspect that all queries as to the nature of his degree and the identity of the institution that granted it will go unanswered except for evasive ad hominem attacks.

That's what I'm saying. Who cares about a freaking "c." You can just stick that in anyway. I wonder why no one writes "B.Ar." or anything. I mean, you wouldn't want people thinking you got a Bachelors in Atheism!

Congratulations on your upcoming masters, by the way. What area of study is it in(since, unlike DJJ, you will probably answer my questions)?

As an aside: I've always been impressed with the general level of education and intelligence on this forum. It's a nice change from the 12 year old losers and people pretending to be Special Forces on other internet forums. ;)

Oh, that does sound slightly familiar.

He's not big on answering things, is he? Wasn't he screaming about some book that was teaching kids to commit suicide or something? He refused to provide details because it would reveal his identity, even though the book didn't actually appear to exist.

Thanks, its in religion, specifically Judaism of late antiqueties. Although, if you follow http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=2535147#post2535147 I am apparently a liar about my intelligence as well as my degree, since my name on the department web page is not sufficient proof to show I go to the school I go to. (off topic, but current annoying thread of the day).

I have a brother-in-law who is in Special Forces, Airborne to be exact. He told me about an hilarious exchange he'd had with someone on a forum who was pretending to be in Special Forces in Iraq. He recognized him as a fraud right away and started to ask him all sorts of detailed technical questions about the military and Iraq. The guy buggered off shortly thereafter.

I try to not be too much of an a-hole when it comes to people's claims about education. I generally take them at their word, unless they display gross incompetence about something key to their diploma, or they're claiming to be 20 and have eight PhD's or something of the sort. Then it's "prove it" time.

Yes, that is pretty funny. I guess some people just need to lie to feel special about themselves. I think it's stupid beyond belief.

By the way, I'm a Para Delta SEAL in an Attack Force Marine One Alpha Team. We fly AF-9000 fighter-bomber jet helicopters into combat every day, then head home to our super model wives, million dollar yearly salaries, and 10,000 square foot mansions.

Honestly. Why would I lie to you? :)

Well I guess that all checks out, as long as you don't claim that the bible is not a trully egalitarian book. Because no largely accepted form has ever had a strong reason to interprate god's will as being sexist.
