Yoga and Narcissism

This article really scared me, because to an extent I have been there.

I used various methods from various dubious eastern 'teaching' (usually as interpreted by a westerner) to 'align myself',or get 'grounded', and to allow myself to forgive myself and accept my one-ness with the universe ..blah blah blah.

and may do a similar story to the one in the OP at a future point, but from the "narcissist's" point of view- although I am now a more rational (:P) person than I was then.
