I'm beginning to wonder if American is a fan of Pat Robertson... some of these ideas he's spewing out seem similar to Robertson's vitriol.

Of course, they used it as an excuse to kill him during the "Night of the Long Knives", so I'm not sure you can use him as an example of Nazi tolerance.

Although I feel compelled to point out that the SS uniforms were designed by Hugo Boss. Which suggests a certain degree of Nazi metrosexuality.
 
Back when I was doing a lot of reading in the area of paraphilia, the prominent authority was the late Dr. John Money. (still is, as far as I know. His name still pops up quickly when you Google the subject)

Money had a number of ideas about the origins of paraphilia (fetishes), noting that men are subject to far more varieties than are women, and considering the more-involved developmental path of male fetuses.
Also, he laid the blame on the good/bad view of sex in Western society, and the repression of normal explorative sex play among young children.
He noted that in one European society (sorry, it's been years, I forget which one) that has no such taboo against such sex play, paraphilia is virtually unknown.

Money referred to the good/bad dichotomy towards sex in Western society as "Holy Love vs. Sinful Lust". He laid that view of things directly on Christian teachings on sexuality...

I've often thought that sadomasochism would be less fun if it weren't so naughty. Part of the appeal is being a very bad boy indeed.

American is an old and one of the more lame trolls here (IMO). I couldn't think of a more polite way of saying that so I made it as polite and civil as I could. He's having fun winding down after getting home from junior high (or more scary, work 'cause he's an actual adult human), it's all in good fun. Laugh! :D
