Coincidences are...just Coincidences

I wanted to post this tidbit, and tragic story, from the Boston Herald September 14th addition. The reason I am doing this is to show you, and all the CTers, that co-incidences are just that. All we ever hear the truthers talk about is how there are too many coincidences...well just read this.

Best friends Paige Farley Hackel and Ruth McCourt drove to Logan International Airport together Tuesday morning, then left Boston in separate jetliners with a plan to rendezvous in Los Angeles.

Instead, they - along with McCourt's 4-year-old daughter, Juliana - died at the World Trade Center after both their planes were hijacked.

Compounding their incredibly bad luck was the fact that McCourt's brother worked in one of the World Trade Center buildings.

He escaped before the towers collapsed.

``Can you imagine two best friends on two different flights hit a building where one of their brothers works!'' said their stunned friend, Karolyn Domini of Newton.

Even more astounding, according to Domini, McCourt and her daughter originally were booked on a Delta flight Tuesday morning, but were switched onto United Flight 175 at the last minute because of a ticketing mistake.

Sad, but just bad luck and a number of COINCIDENCES.

But you see, "World Trade Center" had Nicholas Cage, who was in "Matchstick Men" (2003) with Alison Lohman, who was in "Where the Truth Lies" (2005) with Kevin Bacon.

So it's all Kevin Bacon's fault.

DAMN YOU KEVIN BACON!!!!!!!

That's it...I'm tossing all my Bacon Brothers CDs. The man is clearly a menice to society. Actually, where was Mr. Bacon on 9/11/01????

Hmmmmmmmm...I wonder.

He's actually just a patsy for a shadowy Zionist organisation. Think about it: nobody would suspect that the Jooos were behind a man called Bacon...

Hehe. I was in a movie with Robert Blanche who was in "World Trade Center," so I'm even closer! With that degree of separation, I must be on the NWO payroll...maybe they don't have my current address - darn those inefficient conspiracy bureacracies!

Here is all the Bacon fun you can handle! :)

I'm of the belief that coincidences happen ALL the time but we usually don't notice them unless we have some reason to.

On the wacky coincidence meter...

A good friend of my friend's parents was in a relationship as a young lass and they had a son. The relationship then fell apart and the boy was adopted out because they were just too young for it.

But a couple of years later they got back together and settled down and had a couple more kids, and all was very successful and a lovely happy family.

Their daughter went off to university where she met this guy, who she was writing home about. One holiday she brought him home to meet the family. It was their first son. Her full-blooded brother.

Strange, but true.

No, this is proof of my Aliens were behind 9/11 TheoryTM
See they wanted people that were related or well known to each other so abducted those planes and attempted to get the brother too when they abducted the buildings. Anyone that disagrees is obviously an alien shrill and thus by totally ignoring everything they say, there is no conclusive proof again my theory and so it has to be right. This logic is unassailable, except by the aforementioned alien paid off provocateurs.

You...you... simply must expand on that.

Well... I'm not sure how I can...

As you can imagine it was a bit of a mess...

They tried to do the whole reunited family thing but it didn't work. You can imagine, from the perspective of the son... he's spent his entire life in foster homes, adopted, etc... then finds his real parents and they have this perfect happy wonderful life...

That'd have to piss you off.

Yeah... very strange...

And from what gather he and she were in a relatively serious relationship by that stage... has got to do your head in!

Then there's my OTHER friend who met his current girlfriend while she and him were both sleeping with his sister...:jaw-dropp

His "sister" was his girlfriend at the time, they subsequently broke up, then their parents got married, making them step-siblings.

Ahh, well West Auckland is probably just as bad. ;)

I'm just down the coast abit, on the bump.

I've pointed this one out before, but it still amazes me. About 20 years ago, I was involved with the Big Brothers program. As it happened, my Little Brother had a (genetic) little brother of his own, who also had a Big Brother from the program. So one year I'm heading back East for Christmas and I get on the plane and as I'm walking down the aisle I notice this guy that I know, but it was one of those situations where because I didn't expect to see him or he me, we both were going "Don't I know you--" for a second before we made the connection.

So he says "Where are you sitting?"

And I look down at the seat assignment on my ticket, "Looks like I'm sitting next to you."

Since we're talking coincidences, here's mine [names and locations have been changed to protect the innocent]:

About two years ago I met a woman, Jen, and we started dating. We went out a handful of times and enaged in all of the normal dating small-talk - talking about our familys, etc. After a few months of dating, she invited me to her parents house for a small family dinner (it was her grandmother's birthday).

At the dinner, her mother asked me what town i was originally from. When I answered, she asked "Oh do you know the Smiths on Oak Avenue?".

I said "You mean John and Mary Smith?"

She said "Yeah, that's them!"

I said "Yeah, that's my cousin!"

She paused for a second and then said "That's our cousin..."

After nearly bolting for the door, we all did a quick trace of our family trees and discovered that I wasn't related to Jen at all. My second cousin was merely married to her second cousin. But we spent the next few hours talking about all of the different family events (weddings, partys, etc) where we may have actually run into each other in the past.

(I am still with Jen to this day)
