Blind belief? PH you are wrong. Even though faith is believing in things promised but not yet seen does not mean God hasn't been seen.

When we know the Son we know the Father. Jesus has opened many a blind persons eye to the truth of the Gospel. Why are you so dead set on trying to discount the truth of God?

To me it's never too late for God to open your or anyones eyes. Once you start seeing sin and walking in the light of God's grace you'll know it. It's absolutely the truth and God can give you this divine revelation too if you truly ask him. "Seek and you will find, knock and it shall be opened." The secrets of the kingdom are there for all who earnestly seek God, but you must be like a little child to see.

Simple faith is way better than a mouth full of doubt and skeptisism. If you pray and ask God to help you with your disbelief he will. Why don't you at least try even if you don't feel you can have any faith?

And being such a nature lover myself I can even see Him in all he has created. I am in awe of all that God has created. All life starts with him. He spoke the world into exsitence and people no matter how they try can never prove that he didn't!

Kathy, we don't have to "prove he didn't." It is your claim god "spoke the world into existence." The onus is on you to provide evidence of this.

But you've never much gotten that concept of discourse.

No, I'm not wrong, you have always show how blind you are to the world around you, and believe in a book written by humans has the word of a childless acting so-called god. You are blind to the fact that Jesus was only a man and now being dead can’t do anything that would diminish himself in your eyes, he is the prefect martyr to you.

You and FS may deny your maker, but I never will. He basically brought me back from the dead. I'll never forget hearing his voice in my darkest hour. I am only alive because he willed it. The same goes for each of us. We live because he lives. If God wanted to delete somebody don't you think he knows how and when? But no he is patient and loving hoping all will come to a saving knowledge of Christ.

I'm really praying someday God opens your eyes. He's there and he loves you more than you know. He doesn't give up on us, even when we give up on ourselves or others. No it's a really good day when a person finally gets to the end of themselves and cries out to the Lord, save me. He is faithful to do it.

Scripture tells us and I know it's true,"all who call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Don't let your heart be so hard toward Jesus, He loves you!

The so-called scriptures where written by men (not women), they have no more credit then anyother book that has been claimed to be written by a so-called god. Jesus is still dead, get over it.

I don't deny my maker. I'm not a bastard, I know exactly who my parents are.

The rest of your post is irrelevant to you supporting the idea that god spoke the universe into existence. You know very well by now statements like that require evidence around here kathy.

Someday PH you are going to regret thinking that way. Stinking thinking, get over it! Jesus is very much alive and wants very much for you to accept him. He is the way, truth and the life. You just don't see what you have been missing by rejecting him. Either way he still loves you no matter what you say.

I just get very sad for you and others here who deny the truth of salvation in Christ. The only thing that sends anyone to hell is denying Jesus.

Does Jesus love me like he loves a child in Africa who has a parasitic worm that is boring through his eye and is going to make him blind? Like he loves children with cancer or AIDS? Like he loves all the cute little girls raped and murdered by pedophiles? Or a child who was born deaf, mute and blind? Or children who work as slaves? Or child prostitutes?

I guess he should have made it easier to accept him then. If only he'd show a sign... You know, signs and wonders work magic in getting people to accept things, like Jesus ... or Satan.

I've often wondered about that, why would god run a protection racket? We humans have been able to figure out that that's morally wrong. Maybe god didn't get the memo.

But it's odd how humans, priests, etc., profit the most from the racket. Could it be that it's not really of divine origin? :eek:
