So, assuming the OBL stuff is true, what other proof is there that he killed her? Any? Any at all? DNA, fingerprints, witnesses? You know, all that CSI stuff, to show he did it? How are you going about gathering your evidence?

The police seem to think he is the prime suspect. All evidence seems to point to him as well. It's called connecting the dots which is what detectives do. The only thing missing is a motive. KT theorized a possible motive.

Why would the police keep her thesis? They must think it's evidence so therefor they must think it has something to do with her death. Would you disagree with that assessment. If yes, then please explain why they would keep her paper.

I think I know why he wasn't cleared by the police. I bet it has to do with the fact that the police said she was attacked from behind, didn't put up a fight, and had no scrape marks on her hands.
