Simon, would you be able to identify the department this public servant was in, and his grade, please. And was he a state or federal PS?

Zep - Can I ask why you want to know this information? I don't really want to give away to much information about the guy as I don't think it would fair to him.

I hope you are not implying that I am making him up to try to fool people (if not,please disregard)

If you really want to know I suppose I could give you some information
