The Loose Change forum

I wonder why Dylan is so pissed (r8?) - if i had "contract"
with "hollywood" and "explosive" "evidence", i would laugh
about the "sceptics" instead being worried.

Well, you can add me to the list of "banned from LC for no apparent reason". (I was "A Very Sly Denial"). No prior warnings. No breaking the forum rules. Just "poof", I was banned. It was obvious that I was a skeptic over there, but I never resorted to name-calling or insuts like the regulars at LC.

Although I did have a knack for killing threads by asking obvious questions. In a thread about how expensive the rents are in the new WTC7, the troothers were fawning all over each other about greedy ol' Silverstein (because Silverstein "obviously" was making so much money off of 9/11). I simply asked how much money Silverstein actually netted on 9/11. Not one person has answered. Not one.

If I had to guess, I'd say Killclown was the force behind my 'bannination'. He was continually made to look silly, and his only responses were to flee the thread or whine to the admins.

Check out page one of the thread where KT shows his ignorance when he ties to read a simple altitude graph (he actually thought that the slope of the graph is equal to the angle of the plane!!). CharacterZero was too kind and let KT off the hook so quickly - I definately would have let KT keep ranting just to highlight his ignorance.
I think I sealed my fate though when I questioned KTs remark that the crater looked like it was caused by an impact of 90degrees. I asked him what a 40deg impact would look like. He still hasn't answered.

I wasted too much time on the Loose Change Forums. They definately did me a favor by banning me.

Actually, Pdoh figured it out early on (mostly becuase I gave him a huge hint - and even then it took him an hour). Pdoh then used it as an argument against me whenever he paintedhimself into a corner (i.e."Oh yeah? Well you are the one who is slandering Dylan!", etc).

You all might be interested to know that roxdog has had a warning from the admins about persistent use of foul language ;)
 
AFAIR: Yes, RoxDog were a member here for a while. Turned tail and ran when he was challenged, if I remember it correctly. But we are currently talking about his membership at LFC.

But thats the problem, isn't it? He doesn't HAVE anything.......Except Charlie Sheen and that not really what I would call a ringing endorsement.....

Just curious -- given the resurgence of Gestapo-like behavior at the "Loose Change" forums, how is our sometime-friend Russell Pickering reacting?

As I recall, he was one of the stronger figures in the board's recent incarnation, and he spoke out (quite correctly) against policies of crushing any and all dissent.

Any idea how he's reacting to the sudden change in policy? Or is he one of its victims as well?

Do you think we'll see yet another "do-over" of the entire board anytime soon?

Gosh, what a fearsome "movement" we have on our hands, eh?

Augh, that's crap. He always talks about how he's not going to debate with people who aren't civil with him, then he goes on and insults people at every turn.

Russel is indeed still an admin there. While I was there, I didn't see him posting at all - maybe because I was only in the WTC and 'investigate 9/11' forums.

I'm pretty sure that Dylan's great purges are driving people away from LC, and the 9/11 conspiracy in general, to here and the official hypothesis.

I agree. The loosewiththetruth forums are imploding once again and amount to little more than idiots like shillclown insulting other people, and a group of childish wannabe 'rebels' to hail alex jones. It's a good thing, really, as fencesitters and lurkers are seeing how pathetic they really are.
 
Anyone else who's been banned/suspended having trouble accessing them today?

If not, I think my suspension has caused my entire city's library system IP address to be banned by them!
