Because, like Avery, all of the supporters there are so invested in their paranoia and hatred (the Government, the Joos, pick a scapegoat, plenty to go around) that it's easier to hide behind a public face than to change.

As the "leader," Avery gets what he wants: supporters, enough sycophants that he can convince himself that he's doing A Good Thing. As "followers," the rest of that rabble get what they want: someone to believe in who reaffirms their selfish agendas.

All of this machinery greased, of course, by money and its attendant promotion. I'd love to get a look at Avery's accounting.

Still, though -- "I'll make you disappear"??? For a group that claims to oppose fascism, even I'm surprised to see such an obvious page taken from Stalin's playbook. Not that they have any teeth, mind you.

Have to remember not to walk around in my underwear when in sight of the 'smoke' detector. But at least when there's a fire, the police will know immediatly.

Yeah, me too. No warning, no reason, just suddenly "not allowed to post on this board" or some such. I see you can view it if you delete your cookies.

As others have pointed out, they warn of a coming police state in the United States, and then proceed to implement one on their own board.

Thanks to everyone here for all the great debunking work you've done; I think perhaps one of the reasons for the quality of information found here is precisely because this forum does NOT limit debate, which then in turn limits the opportunity to debate, judge, weigh, and accept or reject hypotheses on the merits. Information on LC seems to be evaluated simply on the basis of whether or not it makes Dylan Avery and his movie look good.

Heavens, you too Geedubya? I saw you on the forums. I also didn't see you breaking any rules.

Geedubya, Antiman, Me, Eddykola, all banned. I'm surprised they haven't made Jonny Karate join the 'gone club' yet.

This forum is alot better - people here don't challenge the density of black holes.

Welcome Geedubya and Coritani, to the JREF Forum on Conspiracy Theories. All opinions here are allowed, and people are rarely banned, and usually only if they repeatedly go against their TOS (Terms of Service) Agreement.

Stick around, and not only will you see alot of good discussion, but also a tonne of info here, on all aspects of 9/11.

Okay, as a result of this thread I finally went to the LC forum to check it out. I am fascinated to learn that the CBS eye, the Medal of Honor, and McDonald's arches are proof that the U.S. is in the hands of the evil Satanist Jewish Nazi world-dominating dictators.

More to the point, something that those of us to went to colleges in Texas OTHER than the University of Texas have always suspected is true: those Longhorns belong to the devil. You can tell by the fact that they TRY to slip that diabolical hand gesture by the rest of the world as an innocent school-spirit "Hook 'em Horns" sign.

I am truly perturbed by this evidence that actual lunacy is more widespread, and less often recognized, than I would have believed.
 
Apparently, they didn't learn the lesson from the last melt-down either.

Many going to the LCF want to discuss and ask questions about the events of 9/11 and the evidence/investigation, and learn what happened that day from all sides and with an open mind. When they see any discenting opinion or evidence being squashed, many will be turned off and go to another site (hopefully this one), or get banned when they ask a sensitive question. I brought this up in a thread on LCF where Avery was posting and got banned.

Someone needs to screenshot the "Dylan, aren't you going to check that Roxdog's "bullet in the head" threat before you get confirmation about "Mark Robert"'s identity? It's totally irrelevant if "Mark Roberts" is Mark Roberts. What's important is that Roxdog made a deaththreat to an actual living person, Mark Roberts of NYC.

What kind of board are you running here, Dylan? You ban skeptics for no reason what so ever but ignore things like death threats and Rei's swastika banner. Instead of asking Rei to remove her offensive banner, you remove my post in which I asked her about it.

This is very sad, Dylan. " portion, or better yet the OP containing the threat in case it needs to be used as evidence.

The hatred the kid is spewing is a reflection of what he feels every morning when he looks in the mirror. A death threat, especially from an emotionally disturbed kid, needs to be checked out by the authorities.

And we can add to the list that nice kid "Silver Shadow" the Muslim, who helped me with the tricky "prove it was Muslims who did 9/11" challenge, and mild-mannered "Mailman".

When you said "join the gone club", It triggered an old memory:

...or will you wind up with all these invisible people bugging the hell out of you? I have that problem.
