Rubbish! I've frequently seen a .22 rimfire bullet in flight....as have a lot of other smallbore shooters. It leaves the muzzle at around 1100fps and is going well over 800fps at 100 yards. I hope your knowledge of aircraft crashes si better than your knowledge of ballistics.

Well, it wasn't Avery's idea to debate. Basically, Bermas took up Abby's challenge (and mine) to debate me, and Rowe agreed when Ron Wieck suggested that two LCers be involved. I think that made Avery nervous, and he decided to sit in to protect his partners. He looks like he really doesn't want to be there because he really didn't want to be there. He has said in the past that he wouldn't debate me.

By the way, is there an easy way to shrink an animated gif to avatar size? I like the fact that it looks like I'm signing "geggy is a chump" for the home audience.

I told him once I have seen bullets, but sometimes people just do not believe you.

He has a problem with people telling the truth.

Ron, much credit to you for setting a tone of respect and rationality on the show. I still find it hard to believe that we didn't froth more. Then again, I noticed that we all drank the water in the mugs supplied by the show, except you. Hmm.
 
Very nice job Mark! (I almost said that I like how you "stayed the course" but I think that term might not be the best choice.) Simply give these guys enough rope and you will see them twist slowly in the wind.
