If someone smells a gas leak and houses are evacuated and roads closed, it doesn't necessarily follow that there will be a gas explosion. It's a precaution. The gas may explode, or it may not. Removing people lessens the likelihood (in the case of a gas leak) and lessens the possible casualties should the worst happen.

Similarily, a large steel frame building which has been severely damaged and is on fire and is making disturbing noises, leaning and can be seen to exhibit motion is going to be a danger to those in the vicinity.

Judgement is made on the day and on this day those at the scene made the correct call.

WTC7 seems to be the holy grail for the CT'ers because it's the only event that hasn't yet been explained to their complete satisfaction.

I remeber being given a link to an article by a CT'er shortly after the release of the security footage from the Pentagon, asking if anyone can see the 'flying grilled cheese sandwich' in the video, but then the author, after a few paragraphs dismissing the video, went on to say 'But this isn't important. What's important is WTC7........' or words to that effect.

I'll see if I can find the article.

I'm not saying they "wanted" to kill people this way but this will kill people. This shows total disreguard for American lives by the gov't so how exactly are they above killing 1,000???

The purpose of the investigation is to try to determine, as closely as possible, the collapse mechanism. Clear enough?

Now, please explain why, a few days ago, you PM'd me, asking if you could be in touch now and then to ask questions about the events of 9/11.

What, specifically, changed your mind about the validity of my learning?

Your claim was that the government was capable of deliberately conniving the murder of a 1000 of its own people. Are you backing down from that claim now?

I don't have much expertise in science but acting is one of my passions. I would bet my life that that man is acting.

The building fell in anything but a CD type collapse.

The building fell in such a non CD motion, never seen CD look like WTC1 and 2.

I would have taken a year to rig a CD for the WTC.

When you consider how much energy the aircraft impact had, a ton of TNT, it is amazing the WTC towers stood as long as they did.

Energy equal to a ton of TNT! Impacts 7 to 10 times greater than what Robertson designed for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a miracle they stood up, 10 times stronger than the design, these guys are right. The WTC was strong. But a ton of TNT impact energy. Then an air fuel explosion and fires raging with lot of air due to the big hole in the building!

Does watching live coverage on 9/11 make me an eye witness?

The buildings saved 15 to 20,000 people, the design changes and research into 9/11 by real researchers will save thousands in the future.

The CT truth movement will not contribute anything to the future.

2 1 acre buildings fell straight down over 19 acres, and you call that straight down, due to ....

In 1999 the Luther King family took the government to court. A jury found that the government had conspired to kill Martin Luther King and had framed James Earl Ray as a patsy.

I am making the point that this disproves assertions that the government don't conspire to kill american citizens.

C'mon, guys. How did FDNY know WTC 7 would collapse? If, as you claim, nobody in the world expected it and the experts remain baffled years later, how did they know?

It's your story, explain it to me.

Now tell me this guy isn't a construction worker, engineer or architect who might actually have some knowledge about how buildings react to massive structural damage and fire.

'cause you know what? If I'd been on the street in NY that day and witnessed what he witnessed first hand, and had been interviewed, I would very likely have said something very similar.

It's only those who believe that steel has to melt to fail who cannot see the obvious potential for collapse of a steel framed building in those conditions.
