How do we solve our problems there?

I'm not sure I understand the distinction. I would think that benchmarks with specific times for each benchmark would be functionally equivalent to timetables with specific benchmarks noting each part of the timetable.

We lose 65 Americans every day from drunk driving accidents. Where is the outrage? Did you know that crash test dummie experiments determined that if every driver and passenger in a car wore a helmet, thousands of these lives would be saved.

I dont' want to feed the trolls or anything but... 365*65 = 23,725. How many thousands of lives would be saved? Like, three-thousand? Or 13,000? Because I might have to start wearing helmet. And it'd be awesome if I got in a car accident and lived. Well, assuming no long-term damage. Then I'd be all like, "Yeah, my helmet saved my life, so F-off to all the numbskulls who called me a dork."

I'm pretty sure liberal fascist icon Ralph "I know what's best for you" Nader doesn't even encourage wearing helmets.

Oh, the stupid war. Nothing's going to happen. This is just a bunch of hand-waving. In order to get anywhere on the policy front, in order to meaningfully change course, we need Congressional oversight.
