Actually, the tour part looks like it'd be interesting, if for no other reason that it's on Halloween. I'd not pay $1499 for it, though.

I actually liked the old fashioned "Ghost walks" - where actors dressed in period costumes wove folklore and history together. It was informative, entertaining and I'm always up for some costume drama by lamplight. This EVP, EMF meter fad is just dull. The new "paranormal experts" like this guy really makes for a dull and uninteresting tour.

BTW-I read two of his books and they were just - dull!
