That is all they needed to make an assessment.

That's what they did, based on FACTORS that were apparent at the time.

No one knew it was going to collapse. Many suspected it might collapse. They took appropriate precautions.

OMg this shows YOU're BING purposefully obtuse.

They didnT know it was going to Collapse,
BUT with:
1) the collapse of TWO other buildings already
2) the damage sustained to WTC 7
3) knowing they couldn't fight the fires within the building
4) reported CREAKING noises and questioned its stability

THEY HAD A REALLY GOOD feeling that after all that HAS HAPPENED< that mabye, JUST maybe there is a gOOD CHANCE in hell, that the building was going to come down.

NO one ever stated that they knew it was going to collapse. Just that they had a REALLY Good feeling that it would.

2) Reporter: "...that building number 7 was going to collapse. That appears to be what has happened now."

Gravy, maybe you just don't read very well, but I already told you I've read multiple accounts of the witnesses, so apologize for your unnecessary "despicalbe" comment.

Here's a few signs;

  • Creaking sounds in the building
  • The other towers already having fallen
  • Unchecked fires which they knew were causing damage
  • The big huge hole in the building's side

Not exactly a giant list, but you don't need a giant list, just a few really big important signs. It wouldn't take a genius to guess that the building probably would have fallen.
