How do you skeptics feel about this?

I don't know I just see such strong support from both sides of the fence, and people always saying (the ones that blame bush) that scientifically it couldn't of just been a single plane to take down such a large building.
Now I know the critical thinkers at jref for the most part know their science, is this true? Is there any scientifical evidence to support this professors claims?

It wasn't just the physical mass, the hijackers chose planes that were full of fuel. I am sure that Osama was just as surprised as everyone else that the result was as spectacular as it was. These were the guys who had already tried to blow up the buildings using explosives in the basement, remember.

The conspiracy nuts have nothing supporting their contentions but their own personal incredulity.
Race-based incredulity. The same kind that finds it incredible that the Egyptians built the pyrmiads.

If it was 19 white guys, you know they could bring down the Evil Empire with nothing more than box-cutters!

:D

What I find so amazing is the focus on Box Cutters vs. Airplanes. That's not the issue you numb skulls! Yes, an airplane can roll over a hundred box cutters and crush each one into oblivion -- but they were not put up against airplanes. They were put up against people's throats to generate the fear of death to those folks. They knew they couldn't walk onto planes with guns, so they simply chose another means of killing. Also, up to that point in time, the main reason for taking over a flight is to have the plane go to a different destination -- not a suicide mission. So compliance was pretty much assumed -- and they were right. Once control of the plane went to the terrorists it was all over. What is so hard to believe about that?

And when the 4th plane found out what the mission was, they foiled it.
