Not if you change that particular law. Which some people were trying to do a year or two ago. I haven't followed US internal politics much since that.
 
Amendments to the Constitution are not easy to make, with good reason.

I'd be surprised if this happens.

I'd be curious to know how Sylvia will explain away some of her more embarassing moments, like the Sago Mine prediction and her fraud conviction. Maybe someone could email office@sylvia.org and find out what really happened (hint, hint).

What is perverse is if you google the literal string "stop sylvia browne" it only returns 1 site - my blog!

I was thinking it might be useful to set up an archive with material about her; not as much a part of the site; but for internal purposes. The message on the website tells me we should consider the possibility that she might try and make it more difficult in the future to track down stuff.

Keeping copies of audio-recordings, tv appearances etc would be a good thing and it would allow to create transcripts if and when necessary. But just having things stored centrally and accessible would be a great plus. (thinks I)

You may have seen this already but here's another Montel Williams screw-up. I love how Montel always jumps to her resure when she goes totally off the mark.

I recall another time when Sylvia was talking to people who believed their houses where haunted. One lady asked the name of the boy who haunted her house and after Sylvia threw back some random name, the lady looked confused and mentioned that she had a list of some sort with names of all former residents. Of course it was Montel to the rescue again and he said something like, "just because the name isn't on the list, doesn't mean it's not him." I'm just going by memory here so the details are probably wrong. But if you can get a transcript of that show, that would be something to look for.

Kevin Trudeau is by far worse than the psychics, IMHO. He's akin to a faith healer but with better marketing skills than Oral Roberts and Pat Robertson put together. Now he's "giving away" his latest book by charging $9.95 shipping/handling.

I only read the first part of that transcript, but I had to laugh. At one point Margolis and King start arguing over which one of their departed loved ones Browne is talking about. They're practically falling over themselves trying to validate her.
