9/11 Conspiracy Debate Ammo?

Hello,

A friend of mine has announced that he believes the the events of 9/11 were perpetrated by the Bush administration.

I am looking for links to well reasoned Websites that address the main tenants of this conspiracy that are not in any way linked to the "official" word of the White House and other government officials. (you see, they're in on it too). The piece on this by Popular Mechanics comes to mind.

Do you all (ya'll) have sites like this that you can point me to and maybe I can save a soul from spiraling into the conspiracy drain-hole.
