I don't really understand what you said here, but in any case, Grammatron is exactly right that the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution, as interpreted by the Supreme Court, prohibits execution by lion.

That's my point: It is up to SCOTUS to interpret the laws. And guess who has appointed four out of nine judges? Elder and Younger Bush.
