I've been complaining for a while that it's almost impossible to get an appointment at my doctor's surgery, unless you don't mind waiting at least a week. Currently, they are so busy, they've set up daily drop-in clinics where you can go and see the emergency doctor if you are prepared to wait for a minimum of two hours in a packed waiting room. My last 3 appointments with them have been via this method.
Well, my sister's surgery has gone one better. It's so impossible to get an appointment, and they have so little money to improve services, the doctors have started giving diagnoses...
