Malaysia bigfoot developments

i love how the guy's interpretation of the bigfoot (based on the witnesses description) is benevolent looking, very gentle and kind....i rhink a bit of his own interpretation (and fantasy world) is coming into that, ha!

If this is a surviving H. erectus, just where in the fossil record do we find "8, 9, or 10 ft." tall H. erectus?

DNA analysis of hair sent to the US showed they were human. This could mean they are genetically very close to us

No, it couldn't. It means they're human. Even Neandertal DNA--our species' first cousin--is substantially different from modern human DNA. And they are still considered the same species. (Though some consider homo sapien neandertalis to be a subspecies.)

It simply doesn't make sense that Homo Erectus, Homo Ergaster, or any other proto-human species would have DNA that could be casually mistaken for human by any remotely competent analysis.

No kidding. Erectus *was* a wee bit taller than we are, IIRC a couple of inches. But 8-10 ft. tall? No. There's also no evidence that they were covered with hair. I don't recall the specifics, but Alan Walker & Pat Shipman's book "The Wisdom of the Bones" laid out a pretty compelling argument as to why paleoanthropologists think Erectus was not covered in hair.

Well, there are those controversial Meganthropus fossils...

regarding the casts, heck, I say they not from elephants or bigfeet. Those are footprints from a Stegosaurus.

Its true:duck:

this is Homo elephantus. Walk on 4, with a big nose (which it is why it is shy to appear before us, it fear we will mock it). Communicate through strong baryton nosy noise. Vegetarian.

Sounds like my ex. Hey, wait a minute...

Judging from those "pictures" bigfoot is a happy little ape. It's true :)

Before I post a reply that includes "happy" and its synonym "gay" with "homo erectus" and the earlier picture of that very...um, "happy" looking creature -- um, never mind!

My money's on Tube's money. And if the pictures are as good as they claim, why wait for a book to publish them. Schock the world, put Malaysia on the front page everywhere, make 'em clamour, do it now. Oh, 'cause there not that good and your just trying to sell a book, gotcha.
