I’m in jail because the UK government ordered America to throw me in federal prison…

The UK won’t tell me who I supposedly committed any crimes against. Crimes that date back to 15 years ago. No names.

Now, the UK has confirmed to the DoJ they won’t tell the USA government the names either!

Nobody, not even the USA government knows who these people are.

Yet I am still in federal prison.

Face it. He perjured himself about something pretty minor (the ownership of the OfWudan Twitter account) when he himself had posted video of the proof of his perjury.

What's really stupid, IMO, is that they had absolutely nothing to gain by their perjury, as there was no way in hell they were going to be granted bail, no matter what they said. The only thing I can think is they decided getting bail and fleeing to Russia is their only shot at not being locked up for the next few decades, so they decided to throw a Hail Mary.

Well, he did do that, BUT it was just one of the many cases of lying under oath to a judge. I mean, I can understand why in an extradition case they have to make up some force majeure cause to get bail, as that's really the only case it's granted, but still... lying repeatedly to a judge's face before a bail hearing? Bad idea.

It's a really bad idea to lie under oath about something that isn't that important (ownership of that Twitter account) and which is easily disproved by videos one made oneself.

I guess that means he's not handed over the password for the account, so maybe he's stupid enough to have something really incriminating in his DMs.

Well, one might think that is inevitable if someone chooses to do something daft like kick boxing, which exists solely to assault your opponent and be assaulted by them...

And if you were constantly in torrential rain how could you make hay while the sun shone?

Accept the allegation as true for purposes of analysis. The age of consent in 2010 was 16 under the UK's own law and 15 in Romania.

A 21 year old with a 17 year old is not uncommon, and whether anyone finds it moral is a separate question from whether it was legal.

Love it or hate it, the law is the law.

Actually, according to Wiki, the age of consent in Romania is 16, not 15. And it's illegal to have sex with someone under 18, if you use your influence or authority over her anyway. Which he definitely abused over his captive girls.

And either way, we have videos from even him that he trafficked a 15 year old from the UK, while even he was saying that she might be too young to consent to it. And belting a 14 year old in Romania for basically BDSM content. Like, what, couldn't he wait another year or two?

And even if someone ignored the assaults (sexual or otherwise), there are testimonies from those girls to the effect that they were prevented from even going outside to see some sunlight. That's false imprisonment under any western jurisdiction I know of.
