For this steel plant to "generate an estimated $95b over the next decade" it will need to remain cost competitive with foreign steel imports, and that will presumably require Trump tariffs to remain in place for the whole decade. How likely does that seem?

For that steel mill to generate $95bn in revenue over the next ten years (assuming steel production starting today), it would have to capture more than half the world market in steel production, which is currently valued at $17.62bn.

If it gets a tenth of that share in the market it'll be doing well.
