Tate Brothers Charged with Rape in the UK

🚨🇺🇸#UPDATE: The Tate brothers are expected to appear Monday before a magistrate judge in Miami, where they are currently being held in federal detention.

Bail is rarely granted to those held for international extradition, and their lawyer said he expects they will remain jailed for the time being.

In the coming weeks, a U.S. district judge will consider whether they meet the conditions for extradition.

The US has granted almost every extradition request from the UK since 2007

The Tates almost certainly won’t get bail, but this extradition if they exploit all appeals could take, 24-36 months, so they are looking at a long time in US Jail & that doesn’t count as remand time off any sentence in UK either.
If they opt for a Simplified Extradition or a Waiver of Extradition Proceedings, the process usually takes 3-6 weeks, which means they could save themselves 24 months in US Jail.

I wouldn't bet on them not getting bail. The open letter from the McBride Law Firm in post 28 is an appeal to Trump and the DoJ to do something about the alleged "low-level functionary," i.e. find somebody to blame and then get Tate brothers released.
If the Tates have any dirt on the Trumps, they should at least be able to get moved to somewhere similar to where Ghislaine Maxwell is currently vacationing.

Their having any dirt on Trump is IMHO quite unlikely. They never were in a position to use Epstein's expensive services too, since even when they were in any position to pay for anything, they were already running their own ring for exploiting young women. So they can't even testify that they saw Trump there.

Plus, stuff like interfering with the DOJ in their favour would be impossible to hide. Remember, they denied it when the Tate bros were let out of Romania. This time it would have to be overt.

And I don't think Trump needs that in the middle of the Epstein scandal.

Personally I think the extradition process was allowed because the TACO finally realised what was revealed at their original arrest in Romania, that the Tates were flat broke small time crooks.
