Does 'rape culture' accurately describe (many) societies?

Your claim was that 1 in "3 or 4" children were without their biological father in the home. You specifically said that word in your claim. Now you're posting evidence that it's without a biological, step, or adoptive father.
My bad - but it's still an awful situation.
Won't help what?
Won't encourage fathers and mothers to stay together and bring their children up. On the contrary, Porn says - who gives a f.... - just go and sh... whoever you want.
Why is that the ideal? By what metric are you measuring "ideal"?
It is what evolutionary biology has made normal right? Is it not ideal that a child's parents are there for their children?

Are you going to responds to #5,066

And your answer is what?
Or indulge in one of the many mutual stimulation options that can't result in pregnancy.

(I suspect that both your and my solution will not be acceptable to our interlocutor for reasons.)
The question was:

Who is responsible when the unplanned baby does happen? Should we just carry on and expunge the said unwanted item?

@Darat
Why is it abhorrent?
I merely pointed out that the law is not properly being enforced in the UK because we have not kept up with technology (or, more cynically, because there is a rape culture here). Theoretically, anyone who consumes material that suggests underage content (even though over 18) could be convicted - which is essentially what you are saying.

Why is this type of content abhorrent? Why are you having trouble articulating it? Just admit what I and others and been saying all along - it can and does lead to actual child sex abuse. Once you admit that, then you won't hesitate to admit all other porn-related escalations that are clearly occurring.
I used a shorthand a while back. And? What phrase would you use? And why do you avoid explaining why the content in question is abhorrent?
Your reasons for using that particular adjective seem confused; as I said - you conflated the rape of a three year old with porn that has legal actors presenting as underage:

Why is the content we are discussing (legal age but imitating underage) - why is that abhorrent. Zero children are involved in that type of porn. What specifically is the concern?
If you would care to answer #5,063, then we might know what it is you find problematic - and then we could discuss the inevitable fact that there will be a continuum of examples from legal to clearly illegal which has the effect of blurring red lines.

Is your concern that watching material that appears to suggest underage actors will lead to further escalation - that the consumer will develop a taste for the real thing (either the desire to watch child porn or actual sex with a minor)?

Are you suggesting that we cannot counter such subjectivity? - that we cannot deny the point of view of:
If your ethics and morals let you make such an argument it is not surprising that you don't know why I find all CSAM abhorrent.

You said "christianis" Paul is very explicit that the ideal is not to marry. See 1 Corinthians 7.

Christians do not follow the law as Jesus said we had to, Paul said Christians do not have to follow the law. It's a straight-up contradiction and since Christians ended up not following the law then it is clear that Paul is the founder of Christianity not Jesus.

(Of course we have to consider did even Paul exist...)
I don't think there is much debate about whether Paul existed. Jesus though, is much more doubtful. It is thought however that many of the epistles attributed to Paul weren't actually written by Paul.

There is absolutely no question that Paul both contradicts the Gospels and the Old Testament in many ways. But especially in the need to follow Jewish law. The Gospels, particularly Matthew are very clear that Jesus was insistent that his followers continue to follow the Mosaic laws. Paul on the other hand said the law wasn't for them. That Jesus fulfilled the law and there no longerr was a need to.

Still, why does it matter? They are different tellings of the same story written decades apart. Paul might of made up the Christian religion out of whole cloth or exaggerated the story for his own means. The Gospels were others making the story their own. All of it is arbitrary. Why do we accept this book as canon vs that book? Who decided that? And why is their opinion the right one? Even to this day, there is as many different interpretations to these questions not just to the thousands of denominations, but to the millions of Christians.

Not playing your game. This thread has gone on for a few hundred pages, and you have tried to make people agree with you, and with your weird assumptions about society, without any success (i thin thhe opposite might be more likely by now) - what makes you think continuing will change that? And no one owes you any answers, Poem, no matter how peremptory your demands are.

Or you could have answered the question(s). You won't answer because it means acknowledging that simulation (of CSAM) does influence behaviour which would force acceptance that all porn is doing so.
