He has said he would start with Iran's largest power plant, this is a nuclear plant. This would be a breach of the Geneva convention. Perhaps the military might refuse as it would be a war crime.

At least they won't be roaming in gangs in the streets, harassing and murdering innocent people. Instead, they will be facing the wrath of tens of thousands of supercharged and semi-riotous passengers who will be missing flights due to their spectacular ineptitude at doing even the most basic of jobs let alone airport security. Pearl Harbor was just a normal surprise attack.

That isn't one of the important things that the Japanese establishment hasn't acknowledged as being inhuman. Unit 731, the rape of Nanking and the treatment of prisoners are far worse and that hasn't been faced up to.

I think most water is portable, as long as you have a suitable container. Potable is another thing entirely.
