Don't expect ANYTHING from the Trump administration to be within lightyears of any form of rational sense or logic whatever. It's the best-fit answer for what they are doing. That...and grifting every last buck they can get before fleeing the country.

Am I parsing this wrong or are they now saying he he launched a war because someone told the president he had a feeling Iran was going to attack? Not even that the president launched the war on a hunch, but that he did it because someone told him he had a hunch? WTF even is this administration?

Oh, and totally-not-trumpkins, wanna weigh in? Any thoughts on this when you're done obsessing over trans people and DEI?

A Gavin Newscum's interview weeks ago was, perhaps, the most self destructive interview I've ever seen. In one fell swoop, he took himself out of even being considered as the Presidential Nominee of the Crazy (as proven at the State of the Union Address) Democrats. He said, in a speech, he was dumb, had low Boards, can't read, has dyslexia, and has a mental disorder Cognitive Mess! On top of that, Black People are angry because he is obviously a racist.

While we all want to be politically correct, having a mental disorder is not a positive campaign event. Also, this was a politically suicidal act. The only thing he didn't say is he is losing his look, but nobody wants to say that about one's self. He is no longer a viable Presidential Candidate! President DJT

I have been belly laughing since I saw this because the absolute irony is a Brit punched him so hard it made him switch career choices lol. To push it one step further, as we all know Trump just put a UFC fighter in charge of DHS. I'm starting to see a trend here. It's like Trump thinks tough guys should be in charge, not intelligent people.

That line should be in every Democratic political ad between now and November.
 
So, Russia is helping Iran target tankers in the straits of Hormuz. While Trump gets sanctions lifted on them. Even if we destroy all of Iran's drone manufacturing they can still import of Russia; and I should imagine Russia is willing to give them away for free to keep oil at $100+/BBL.

So our options to get the attacks on the tankers to stop are:

1) Ask Iran to stop, pretty please with a cherry on top, and since the new Supreme Leader is an even more hardliner than the last one, this is unlikely.
2) Send in the USMC to take ground at the straits of Hormuz.
3) bomb Russian factories.
4) Create convoys with the USN. Trade $1,000,000 missiles to shoot down $20,000 drones.

Or, I guess we could nationalize Exxon and Chevron and pay off the national debt in a few years (thereby making a lot of money). This seems unlikely.
