You know, a functioning cabinet wouldn't be constantly out in front of the cameras like this, because they'd be constantly working on their briefs and meeting in groups or as a whole to work together to implement their philosophy of government or find solutions to unexpected problems.

These charades remind me of nothing more than the politburo constantly giving speeches to the praesidium of the supreme soviet in the dying days of the USSR.
