Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

ICE agents will only get worse, as they know no matter what they do, they will be supported by those in charge of ICE, many politicians and commentators and they will instantly get a lot of money sent to them, if it appears they may be held to account for what they did.
 
Feel free to talk me down from this ledge with facts and reason but I don't see the midterms happening without these gestapo squads outside polling stations dragging away anyone they don't want to have a vote. What's to stop them doing that? If they can abduct and murder ordinary citizens in broad daylight with the world watching they can do anything they want. I'm starting to think the only way the US is going to pull out of this nosedive is with a military coup, because the 'resistance' only has memes and SNL when what's needed is firing squads. But who knows if the US military even has a red line, especially for Republican governance.

Now we'll see if his handlers can make him walk that back to appease the 2A people in MAGA, but they'll be gently chiding him not to immediately put his other foot in it with another "maybe a little bit back from the front lines" type of own-goal.

Maybe they won't succeed. If the needle sticks in the record in his head he might double down. "All people who carry guns in the streets are criminals. The worst kind of criminals. Insane asylums. Narco <beat> terrorists." Then the gun huggers will notice.

How many Americans carry guns? It must be millions. Trump is basically telling them all that doing so is committing a capital offence, or at least can legitimately be considered so by the random thugs who have been recruited into what is rapidly becoming his personal gestapo.

We don’t need federal law enforcement officers out of Minnesota.

We need dangerous criminal illegal aliens out of Minnesota.

The Democrats have their priorities completely upside down.

They will not keep the American people safe

To be fair, their police are greatly outnumbered by your Gestapo, and they still have to do all the regular policing as well as try to protect the people from your semi-uniformed proud boys. There's only so much they can do.
