Kristi Noem says Americans should be ready to prove citizenship to ICE
"If we are on a target and doing an operation, there may be individuals surrounding that criminal that we may be asking who they are and why they're there and validate their identity,"
So now it can be illegal just to be in an area where there are suspected illegal aliens. ICE can and will detain you if they do not recognize the documents you carry.

If an American fears for their life when a masked individuals tries to take them away, and resists, then ICE can consider that person's life forfeit. All ICE has to do is claim they were afraid, after they shoot you. Then the DOJ has their back.

Do any of the MAGA think they can just claim they were afraid when defending themselves against an attack by a masked person. No, you cannot, if that person is a police officer.

Americans have never been required to carry identification to just be out and about while minding their own business. But now ICE can demand identification and proof of citizenship, and then detain you if they please.

This commie crap is not the liberty that Americans fought for.

No. It is not illegal to be in an area where there are suspected illegals, as you surely know.
ICE can and will detain you if they do not recognize the documents you carry.
A U.S. citizen does not need to carry I.D. or proof of citizenship. ICE cannot detain you unless they have reasonable suspicion that you are an illegal alien or have violated immigration-related laws. If you are detained, you must identify yourself. If you refuse, or if you do not have I.D. that relieves their reasonable suspicion, ICE will use other tools, such as facial recognition software, to identify you and ascertain your legal status. To avoid that inconvenience, it is probably a good idea to carry a Real ID.

Surely, you know that is ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊. First of all, they cannot even arrest you ("take you away") without probable cause. Second, they cannot use lethal force against you just because you resist. They need to reasonably believe that you pose an imminent threat of death or great bodily harm to them or to someone else.

It's fascist. And the US was never really far away from fascism.

As usual, no argument, no evidence. What a disgrace. Bye.
At this moment there are a number of American Citizens of the Oglala Sioux Tribe being held hostage by ICE.
The Tribe Leaders have been told they won't be released until rhe Tribe enters in to an agreement with ICE to allow their agents on to Reservation lands and cooperates with them over searches.
ICE have been told this will not happen, it's against Treaty and federal law.

You can follow the development of the story over the last week in the ICE thread.

Latest update

Missing 3 Tribal Members Not Found at Whipple Building

Attorney Chase Iron Eyes spoke today after Oglala Sioux Tribe leaders and supporters went into the Fort Snelling Whipple Building trying to locate three tribal citizens still missing in ICE custody.

Leaders were told the three members were not there. The men are also U.S. citizens and it raised concerns that officials are not recognizing their nationality.

"There's nobody more American than American
Indians."

They say they've gotten new contact info and will keep searching until the three are located.

i mean, the sheer volume of footage of ice agents abusing the public in minnesota. if you want any credibility at all in the larger discussion surrounding you have to at least acknowledge what's happening. on the other hand if you just want to sound like a ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ idiot you can do that as well.

There's no argument to delusion. You described what is happening in the US and then said it isn't happening. You are beyond clueless or beyond gone.
Going into pizza cutter mode lets them virtue signal that they're Good Germans in total support of the regime, human rights abuses and all, without needing to come out and say so. At least he's not claiming he doesn't understand the moral difference between sexualized images of kids and adults.

Living in Ground Zero I can honestly say that things are very touchy here. I'd normally say I feel no personal threat at all but at this point I can't, even though I have no reason to.

Not just Minneapolis St Paul; most of Minnesota is on edge from what my cousins in a town in Western Minnesota are telling me.

Saw vid, don't know the specifics or location, of them snatching a 12 yo boy outside his apartment/home, him claiming his documentation was inside. They wouldn't even have an officer or three escort him in to verify, just rolled him up.

At this point, they're just after quotas.

Unfortunately, they're not overly concerned with keeping track once they've got you (I did read about the tribal members a few days ago).
