The moment he voluntarily positioned himself in front of the car, he waived the right to claim self defense. You were shown something like half a dozen court cases affirming this legal fact.

It's been reported that Ross has been accused of excessive force 35 times*. That, along with the "◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ bitch" comment, and of course, the coup-de-gras shots would not play well in front of a jury. Of course, all it takes is for one maga bloodthirster on the panel . . .

*It appears those reports are premature, as in, unverified. Still . . .

No surprise that the President who, in his first term, required from Comey loyalty to himself rather than to the Constitution would now pretend that US citizens owe some duty of respect and obedience to "law enforcement" rather than just to the law. No matter how much he and his toadies may wish it to be so, those are not the same thing- they really don't get to just growl, Dredd-like, "I am the law!" and demand it be left at that.
