ETA: The administration admits that Kegseth authorized the murders.

Hegseth said this week he did not personally witness the second strike. White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said Hegseth had authorized Bradley to carry it out.

It's not a stretch at all for him to have authorized it by saying kill them all.

A reminder.

That second strike, which was carried out by Admiral Frank Bradley, has led some lawmakers to suggest that the U.S. may have violated the law of war, which prohibits the military from firing upon the shipwrecked. The Pentagon's own manual also says “orders to fire upon the shipwrecked would be clearly illegal.”

Leqembi is given through an IV, it can cause brain swelling, which is why patients need regular MRIs, and one of the most common side effects is fatigue.
They won’t be able to hide it much longer

Speculation to suggest POTUS and Secretary of Defense sit around monitoring and authorizing every single missile launch.

Why would they need to? Trump and Hegseth have rather publicly been clear that murder on flimsy pretexts is their policy here.
