Apparently, that's not quite true.Some stories really do have happy endings. He won't be missed.
A GoFundMe account set up to help Hodgson’s family meet his funeral expenses described him as “a great man, brother, uncle, and son” and was 96 percent of the way towards its $18,000 fundraising goal at the time of writing.

ICE are being held prisoners in their own facility?Homeland Security
@DHSgov
...snip...
Like clockwork, violent rioters have arrived at the Broadview ICE facility to demand the release of some of the worst human beings on planet earth.
They already have jobs, but they're still trying to figure out how to get out of their facility.Get a job you imbecilic morons
There was a time, not so long ago, that I would have questioned whether a tweet like this could have actually come from a presumably responsible government agency- I would have said no, that has to be a fake, sounding like the sort of resentful teenage edgelord who thinks it's cool to flip double birds while his picture is being taken just isn't the sort of thing our government would officially indulge in. Times have certainly changed though- with an idiot like Trump at its head, this has all the class that I've come to expect from our present administration. These people aren't conservatives with policies that they are willing to debate, they're just reactionaries with a bitterness they insist on as the only policy that matters.A message from the government

I've complained of this before. It's bad enough we're being dragged into dystopia, but the insult to injury is that it's not even a dignified dystopia. In fiction, even the worst dystopias have dignity and class. Ming the Merciless speaks like a gentleman. Emperor Palpatine doesn't need a Marine to hold his butt when he climbs steps. Sauron never tweets childish insults about his enemies. These people who have seized power are churls. Villains without class.
The Trump administration has released the names of 607 people detained by immigration agents, and whose arrests might have violated a court order, and only 16 of them have been identified by the federal government as a "high public safety risk" because of their alleged criminal histories, according to court documents.
The list includes names, country of citizenship, and whether they've been deported, remain in custody, or voluntarily deported.
The list is topped by 16 people deemed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as a "high public safety risk" because of their alleged criminal histories. Charges include aggravated assault, aggravated DUI, domestic battery and kidnapping. One person was deemed a national security risk, and another was identified as a "foreign criminal," but no details were given.
The government was required to provide the list in court as a judge prepares to potentially release most of those people by next Friday, because their arrests potentially violated the terms of a court order restricting warrantless arrest
