My guess is that Trump's reasoning, such as it is, is along the lines that she speaks several languages, and her English is not perfect, therefore she is the same in all languages, and this is because she speaks multiple languages rather than concentrating on the only sensible one.

Part of malignant narcissism is being utterly incapable of ever admitting fault. Ever. Even if it's to their own advantage to do so. The very notion that anybody could believe anything negative about them --even if, especially if it's true-- fills them with rage.

"Some may"? Who will everyone else buy their medical insurance from? Greengrocers? Plumbers?
And how good a deal will all these little individuals negotiate for themselves with the leverage they have compared to, say, a government?
