The Auto Club shows average prices right now, compared with a year ago when the President was Joe Biden:

But I can imagine Trump turning into a James Bond movie type villain. He finally burns down Mar a Lago with our national treasures in it.

And parents didn't actually get a choice, just the right to express a choice. With the result that the schools got to choose, the oversubscribed ones got to choose the high-performing kids, and the rest ended up at schools that didn't perform so well and were penalised for it. Basically a recipe for inequality in state-provided education.[/derail]

True. But if his just decisions are constantly overturned by the corrupt court above him, or his just orders ignored without consequence, then he is powerless to do his job and is merely performing an act to present the system as being just when he knows it is not.

I assumed that meant straitjacketed and crayoning sharpie-ing "KilL OBaMA" on the walls of a padded cell with his feet.

That said, I could imagine him living out the rest of his days as a Phantom of The Opera-type character in an old, disused ballroom, although I'm not sure that a badly-performed version of the old MacDonalds' jingle would have the same effect as Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor.
