Merged Charlie Kirk shot at Utah Valley University event. / Charlie Kirk Shot And Killed

Nothing creepy about that at all.

You know what I've noticed lately though? Republicans are obsessed with liberals either a) crying or b) being triggered\mad. Every time I reply to some random GOP doofus on Facebook they start with the same thing, "You mad snowflake?" or "Did I make you cry?" It's really awkward. For some reason they're equally as obsessed with liberals living in their parents basement. When I tell them I'm a 44 year old man that owns my house it really upsets them for some reason...if they believe it.

Anyway, what's the left-wing version of that? Anyone know?

ETA: Can kids even wear that to a school sanctioned wrestling match? I was pretty sure when I played school sports you had to wear school colors.

I stay away from politics on FB, because it's my safe (get away from crazy politics) space, but my responses on the MSN and Fox forums are as follows:

1) You mad snowflake?

TBH, I'm not as mad or insane as rump and his maga minions who are the really stupid snowflakes, and they prove it every time they post.

Any response to that gets a "Bwahahahahahaha... thanks for the laugh and for helping to prove my point," from me.

(I used to write fat clown and maga weirdoes, but their AI programs won't let me do that anymore.)

2) Did I make you cry?

Yup, I'm laughing so hard that I can't help but cry at rump and his maga minions for being so stupid that they can't understand anything that isn't a lie.

Any response to that gets the same "Bwahahahahaha..." response as I gave above.

As a matter of fact, I use that one a lot.

3) Liberals living in their parent's basement:

How many people do you know that are living in their parent's basement besides yourself?

Any answer to that gets a "Prove it" response from me, and an added side note that, "I have a couple of rump's maga minions living in my basement right now, who are smelly and are so dumb that when I raise the rent, they actually think I'm giving them a reduction. How stupid can you be and still remember to breath in and out every day?

BONUS A) Anything with "TDS" in it gets the following response:

Yup, I agree. Trump's Damn Stupid.

B) Whenever they try and explain what the fat clown meant, of course, I have to ask them, "One does know that trumpsplaining is now the new stupid, right?"

Any response to that gets the same "Bwahahahahaha..." one from above.

C) Any time they call me a liar, I tell them that, "I'm just returning the favor, but thanks for noticing."

D) When they blame Biden, I always ask them, "Which one, the real one or the clone that rump keeps fantasizing about?"

Hell, I've even used some of those here in this forum.

I have more, but those should be enough for now.

Fetterman is more or less right in that name-calling should not be part of the political process. Policy and robust debate should be, as it did in the past

But this "going high when they go low" mode has failed when it comes to dealing with the likes of the zone-flooding right-wing media, Russian bots, and AI slop they use to influence the MAGA morons. The GOP introduced it, and the Dems have been unable to counter it effectively.

So Fetterman's plea is to an older, more useless solution.
Fetterman doesn't like name calling because he's a Vidkund Quisling and doesn't want people reminding him of that fact.

Nah, don't think he's that bad. He is a throwback to a conservative Democrat past. The past that overlapped somewhat with the "compassionate" conservatives. Remember that, in other countries, the US Democrats would probably be rated centrist-right, not radical socialist commie leftists as portrayed by the current US media. Fetterman is somewhere more rightish than centrist, but still a Democrat.

So a Franz von Papen then. Still a traitor to the nation.

Saint Charlie! Move over Saint Paul.

Cardinal Timothy Dolan on Fox & Friends on Charlie Kirk: "This guy is a modern day St Paul. He was a missionary, he's an evangelist, he's a hero. He's one I think that knows what Jesus meant when he said 'the truth will set you free.'"

I would expect nothing less from a homophobic, transphobic apologist for child sexual abuse.

You can watch this idiot, but try not to get sucked into his "Black Hole of StupidTM"

This is why religion needs to be treated as mental illness.

The Golden Rule?
View attachment 65307

I thought most of them did. Well, the US ones...

That's not the golden rule, but thanks for the laugh.

To quote Jesus (fictional or not it's something many Christian folks don't follow anyway) from Matthew 22:39-40:

Love your neighbor as yourself (including God); All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Yeah, but what's in it for Trump?

Yeah, but what's in it for Trump?

Nothing, and that's why the fat clown and his maga weirdoes are such stupid, lying POS jackasses.

They don't care about anyone but themselves, and I hope they all end up in hell, but that's just my opinion.

Your mileage may vary of course.

Reminds me of that joke: If greed is the root of all evil, why do churches ask for money?
They're inspired by Yen Buddhism

whose main theological argument is that excess money and valuables are a drain on one's spiritual welfare and an active impediment on achieving dharma and oneness with the universe. Therefore, the monks make the world the selfless offer that they will undertake, at the risk of their own union with the godhood, to take away this impediment to other people achieving consciousness and the opening of the Third Eye. They accept the spiritual tarnish that comes with being one of the richest religious sects on the Disc so that you don't have to.
