To the razor-sharp intellects hired by ICE this year he might as well have said "you have diplomatic immunity" or even "you have a get out of jail free card". If their superiors don't get in there quick and say it was just political bluster with no legal force, they're going to wade back in thinking they have an automatic pardon in their back pocket.
 
Don't bother carrying your papers.

ICE detains mother dropping off child at elementary school—refuses to even look at her U.S. legal papers.

"What documents?" agent sarcastically replies—holding up the folder.

"The ones in your hands!" witnesses yell back.

Agent admits to being an immigrant himself—and says "yes" when asked if he purchased his vest on Amazon.

A different masked kidnapper is wearing no type of ICE uniform at all—just a green sticker ID that he says he bought for "his safety."

The driver of an ICE vehicle doesn't look where he's going and rams another car. The driver of the other car, paralegal Dayanne Figueroa, is then pulled out of her car by heavily armed ICE thugs, thrown to the ground and arrested.

Creating a Gestapo was Miller's idea, right from the beginning. Trump just parrots what he says. So if anyone needs "stopping", it's Miller.
