On the one hand, the Nobel Peace Prize is worthless.
On the other hand, the UN is not entitled to US real estate. Honestly I'm kind of surprised the EU hasn't already made a play for moving the UN from its current venue to something more accommodating.
He certainly could, but somebody will probably tell him that it is decided in Norway. So Norway will likely be targeted. Monstrous extra tariffs no doubt.

Like everything else, it has whatever value people place on it. Clearly Trump places great value on it, hence his burning desire for one.
I fear your contrariness has led you into a foolishness here; even if -- especially if-- one hates the UN it is an advantage to have it in our territory. It's so much easier to spy on that way! Do you imagine there's anything that happens there that the US doesn't know about? That would be much more difficult if it were somewhere else. We gain information, influence, prestige (heh) by hosting it.
