He appears confused. The first amendment does not give the government special powers to punish people who say stuff they don't like.

Use the Bush years anti-terrorism laws to arrest them and keep them detained without any rights or due process.
Deport to somewhere without telling anyone where. (maybe the ocean?)
All nice and legal.

And really don't worry about the fact that MAGA is already making inroads in declaring anyone being a member of the Democratic party as a terrorist too. After all, it's not like they would *really* do that right?

Of course the Democrats are terrorists. Can you imagine what they're saying about Charlie? We can imagine. Only a terrorist would say the things we imagine them saying.

If you can imagine Democrats near you saying terrible things about Charlie it's your duty to report them. These people should be fired in disgrace for the sort of stuff you might imagine their saying.
 
No security risk as long as we get 15%

As I posted above. Most US drone mediated killings are guided by 'signatures'. They do not know who they are killing nor if they belong to a particular organisation. People are identified as terrorists by their electronic networks, and behaviour. An AI will be easily able to identify an anti-fa network, key nodes in that network will need to be eliminated as national security threats. It has already been established that the President can order the elimination of US citizens who are national security threats if detention is not an option. Non-US citizens can be eliminated even if detention is an option. The only question is how will national security threats whether anti-fa or communists be dealt with on US soil? Non-US citizens will be deported, if unlucky disappeared to a CIA black site. If you are not a natural born citizen you can expect to have citizenship removed and then be deported or disappeared. Since detention may not be an option for natural born US citizens that only leaves elimination.
