Merged Charlie Kirk shot at Utah Valley University event. / Charlie Kirk Shot And Killed

I've been concerned by the number of posts on Facebook by Brits who not only know who Kirk was, but seem to regard him as a hero and, now, martyr. I'd not heard of him before he was shot.

It seems to be partly, though not entirely, a generational thing, with more knowledge among younger people (cf Andrew Tate, I suspect). He seems to be known also among Reform supporters, and is apparently regarded as a decent chap and reasoned debater.

There are no arrows on ammunition. But more to the point, use your brain: how the ◊◊◊◊ would anybody know what the marks that the FBI found on the ammunition were given that the FBI has not released that information? At the time of this posting, anybody who claims to know what the engravings were is lying, since that information has not yet been made public.
I didn't say I believed the reports, nor that I understood them. The quotes I have seen seem to come from a single source (as the wording is the same) saying that law enforcement sources provided information to CNN. Without details of the source, there is no way to verify the information, hence my note about non-verification.

I was more looking to get some understanding if that was a standard thing that people were mis-interpreting to add meaning where there was none.

Consider it tinyface's last gift to you. Write all of their names down. Now you have a list of people whose opinion can be freely disregarded on nearly any subject, years or decades before their basic dickheadishness would have risen to the surface on its own.

Let's get back to composing The Ballad of Charlie Kirk. Here's a
traditional American opening verse:

Come all you MagHat chilluns,
Here's some music for your ear.
A dirty commie jerk
Done ventilated Charlie Kirk
And made King Donnie
Shed a tear..

[Guitar solo. Or banjo. Autoharp? Ah hell, spoons
and tub bass. Washboard if you got one. I'm sick
and done.]

The FBI are eager to speak to a German man believed to be between 115 and 120 yrs old last seen wearing this hat

This is the gun type recovered by the ATF. A imported Mauser 30-06, bolt action that had 4 rounds in it. 1 was fired.

Unfortunately for Austin the picture is taken from here, it's not an ATF picture

RIP

It's interesting how this site is not wanting to address this. Had it been a notable liberal activist I'm sure the chattering class here would be talking more about it. Frankly I'm grateful to see there's not as much gloating as I anticipated even though I'm sure it's still there. This was one of the biggest political assassinations in the United States in a long time and it's been covered all across the news and in the White House and Congress but not here because..... reasons.
Once the liberal activist killer is apprehended I'll look forward to the excuse making here and any lack of condemnation in fact I'll expect Maga to be blamed regardless of who the shooter is. James RandI would be embarrassed by this site.

I watch a few "rationalist" channels which is where I had come across him, he did not come off as a decent chap nor a reasoned debater to me. Came across as a nasty bigot, small minded and uneducated - or if not uneducated wilfully ignorant..

Trump says that person went to "the father", who went to a US Marshal - "who was fantastic by the way".

Trump says the "person" - presumably the person who recognised the suspect - was a "person of faith, a minister".

"The father convinced the son," Trump says.

Trump says he may need to be corrected, but he's talking "based on what I'm hearing".

Asked to clarify, Trump says the father, "namely his father", got involved, and said "we've got to go in".

"They drove into the police headquarters, and he's there now."

Good job couching your empathy in vitriol and preemptive accusations. In fact, you've done such a good job, I have a hard time finding the empathy. Is that ... no, that's just narcissism. I'll keep looking though.

Trump:
"I just heard about it five minutes before I walked in ... they have the person that they wanted. So you have breaking news, don't you eh? You always have breaking news, Ainsley. Sean's gonna be very disappointed that we're not doing it on his show."

...snip...
That amounts to a long-term memory for Trump!

he was like stephen crowder or ben shapiro. political influencers, had a team behind him and prepped for debates, went to schools and challenged pink haired 17 year old woke lesbians on right wing hot button topics and clowned on them to produce 30 second viral clips.

which is whatever, it’s a living i guess.
