That was made clear with the words "this sort of thing."I mean, maybe? They recovered a bolt-action rifle and those aren’t noted for using large magazines that you can write on.
Bugger me!
Some berk called Chad Cohen (some class of Texas Republican) has just been interviewed on Radio 4...
Talk about a blinkered, biased, utterly lacking in any sense of reality view of political violence...
Somehow he thinks there were 2 attempts on Trump's life (he was shot in the ear once and another bloke was arrested with a gun close to a golf course); the attack on Pelosi's husband doesn't count, 'cos reasons; the shootings in Minnesota don't count, 'cos reasons; everything is Done By The Left...
There's nothing about slavery in the first clip. Also, Kirk says blacks were "better" in the 1940s, not "better off," and it's not clear what he means by that. It seems like he might mean that black Americans committed fewer crimes.Charlie Kirk said black people were better off in slavery and subjugation before the 1940’s.
This is the person they are making a Saint.
“It was bad & it was evil but they committed less crimes”
Also
"Black women do not have brain processing power to be taken seriously. You have to go steal a white person's slot."
No, it's not him and the people that support him, it's everyone else that's evil! There is no doubt that these people are evil and the only way in which they care about Kirk's death is how much they can leverage it to move their bloodthirsty agenda forward.

The second quotation is a blatant misquotation. Kirk doesn't say "black women." He names four particular black women whom he says proudly admit to having gotten into college via affirmative action, and claims they don't have the brainpower to be taken seriously. And I happen to agree with him about two of them (and disagree with him about the other two).
There's plenty for anyone who isn't a member of MAGA to criticize about Kirk's actual views without making stuff up.
Of course they were "better" then (in the view of the racist right). They weren't so uppity! All true republicans hate it when minorities stand up for themselves.I like how your cleaned up version of what Kirk said is that Black Americans were "better" when they were being oppressed, tortured, and murdered during the Jim Crow era and the overt racism was about four particular Black women instead of all Black women.
And apparently in your mind, this is somehow redeeming.
A couple of people have mentioned the Reichstag fire. I think the assassinations of Wilhelm GustloffWP, founder of the Swiss Nazi party, and Ernst vom RathWP, a Nazi diplomat, by Jews, are more on point. The latter precipitated the KristallnachtWP pogrom. Incidentally, Wilhelm Gustloff's name will be familiar to those following the MS Estonia thread.By that I mean that Trump is cynically using it. Which he tries to do with everything.
There are enough independent people for a conspiracy to be very unlikely.
Someone seeking notoriety, or with some paranoia, someone with a personal grievance against him. Someone with a political grievance against him..
Someone wanting a "burning of the Reichstag" moment and deciding he'd make a good martyr. But I think that's far less likely.
Did I say it was redeeming? I said the quotes were inaccurate.I like how your cleaned up version of what Kirk said is that Black Americans were "better" when they were being oppressed, tortured, and murdered during the Jim Crow era and the overt racism was about four particular Black women instead of all Black women.

It should be emphasized that the senator who mocked their deaths was the odious gentleman from Utah, Mike Lee.
You might want to keep that on the down low unless you are changing your handle to JayBrooklyn soon.It should be emphasized that the senator who mocked their deaths was the odious gentleman from Utah, Mike Lee.
Dude, seriously, we probably don't need snuff films on this forum. If anyone's interested, the video of the assassination is here:
