After he gets 10% of the company he posts that the CEO is highly respected and giving away 10% of the company is a great deal for Intel.

It is my Great Honor to report that the United States of America now fully owns and controls 10% of INTEL, a Great American Company that has an even more incredible future. I negotiated this Deal with Lip-Bu Tan, the Highly Respected Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The United States paid nothing for these Shares, and the Shares are now valued at approximately $11 Billion Dollars. This is a great Deal for America and, also, a great Deal for INTEL. Public companies can’t just hand the gov’t 10% of their stock for free.

By law, new shares require SEC filings, shareholder approval, and disclosure, otherwise it’s fraud.

This is fiction.

Despite Trump declaring the US government paid nothing for the stock - he lied (😳 I know, right?).

Here’s Intel’s press release of the agreement.

Under terms of the agreement, the United States government will make an $8.9 billion investment in Intel common stock, reflecting the confidence the Administration has in Intel to advance key national priorities and the critically important role the company plays in expanding the domestic semiconductor industry.

The government’s equity stake will be funded by the remaining $5.7 billion in grants previously awarded, but not yet paid, to Intel under the U.S. CHIPS and Science Act and $3.2 billion awarded to the company as part of the Secure Enclave program. Intel will continue to deliver on its Secure Enclave obligations and reaffirmed its commitment to delivering trusted and secure semiconductors to the U.S. Department of Defense. The $8.9 billion investment is in addition to the $2.2 billion in CHIPS grants Intel has received to date, making for a total investment of $11.1 billion.

Yes, I recognize that despite the crypto being near worthless, Trump managed to walk away with a bunch of money, which I hate. I wish that didn't happen. But at least I recognize that, given his incompetence, he will probably waste all that money trying to prop up his other ventures.

On the other hand, I suspect the vast majority of buyers of Trump Coin were MAGAchud. And seeing them suffer due to their worship of a convicted felon is something I can get behind.
 
Trump coin makes him money through processing fees - people who want to bribe him just sell a big chunk to another of their own wallets for way too much, and Trump gets a percentage automatically.
It's a perfect bribing method.
 
But, the upsides. There is no taxes on rich people to help fund healthcare/social security, companies are being protected from having to pay their employees a fair wage, you do not have a colored female president and transsexuals are not being treated as human beings. All horrors that are averted.
Besides, Trump just claimed things as election promises, checks and balances and the sane people around him will keep him in check.

Maxwell was interviewed in July and, according to the released transcript, said she did not witness any inappropriate conduct by Trump or former President Bill Clinton.
