Trump's Second Term

There are 2 million people in American prisons. Miller will round up 1 million he says, so by the end there will be 3. With 1 million waiting to go to El Salvador. Do they have room?

Obviously not. Trump has shown the way to a solution: 1) Fail to meet the target. 2) Sack the guy whose job it is to report whether you met the target as you can't believe his numbers. 3) Ooh! Look over there! Squirrel!

Another caddy caught dropping a golf ball for Trump. This time it was at Bedminster.

This footage is from Saturday, the day the White House announced Trump won the “2025 Men’s Senior Club Championship.”

I saw someone apparently seriously defending the previous video by saying Trump was only practicing, and it's normal to move the ball to where you want to practice a shot from (despite that being clearly not what was happening).

See the importance of practice, kids? That's how you become a winner. A lifetime of 'practicing'.

That's a new approach. I thought the idea of dropping the ball was to hit it not pick it up? Mind you, Trump's notorious for his 'gimmies' being 'takies'..

What I saw there was the caddy dropping the ball towards the hole, and El Cheato hockey-stick dribbling it further trying to get it in. It didn't go in and rolled past, so he hooked it back near the hole then picked it up when it was approximately near. Never even cast a shadow on the cup. Most likely this will be recorded as another one-par green which he "aced".

Why should Trump be penalised because the caddie missed the hole, right?

that tariffs are paid by the importer, not the exporter ...
Just today I received notice from UPS of a package soon arriving at my U.S. address from France. It's a Kickstarter reward for a contribution to a company's funding campaign from about a year ago. In the notice, UPS advised me of an "outstanding balance due," a not insignificant amount consisting of "government charge" (87%) and "brokerage charge" (13%). Thanks Obama. Thanks, Trump.

ETA: And I just received another message from UPS telling me the tariff charge is now higher. Also to pay up. What do they think I am, the exporting country?!

Has the item not been imported yet? If it has then the tariff due on that day would be what was owed. If UPS isn't fronting the import duties then what's their brokerage fee for?

I guess it's possibly sitting in some bonded warehouse waiting to 'be imported' when the fees are paid but it seems a bit muddy to me.

This sounds extremely scamish to me. I get random emails saying the package I have coming has charges that have to be paid before it will be delivered, usually involving PayPal. I forward them to the spoof@paypal dot com. I never pay them and my packages always arrive as expected. If this was a 'reward', I'd guess it was free, so how do you upcharge free?

Gov. Greg Abbott on House Dems who left Texas to deny Republicans a quorum on redistricting: "I think they face a possibility of facing bribery charges, which is a second degree felony in Texas."

Donald reallydid sit down and type “Sidney Sweeney is hot,”
Then he blamed Jaguar for being woke, dragged Taylor Swift again, and called it economic analysis.

Donald J. Trump
@realDonald Trump
Sidney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the HOTTEST ad out there. It's for American Eagle, and the jeans are "flying of the shelves." Go get 'em Sidney. On the other side of the ledger, Jaguar did a stupid, and seriously WOKE, advertisement, THAT IS A DISASTER. The CEO just resigned, the company is in turmoil. Shouldn't they have learned a lesson from Bud Lite, which went Woke and essentially destroyed, in a short but very Woke campaign, the Company. The market cap destruction has been unprecedented, BILLIONS OF DOLLARS LOST. Or just look at Woke singer Taylor Swift. Ever since I alerted the world as to what she was by saying on TRUTH that I can't stand her
