If the Government of Iran would reach out to the Israelis, it's likely that Israel water tech and expertise would be offered.
After all, the Israeli experience helping with water shortages is legendary, to anyone who asks for it.

 
I wouldn't trust ANY water given or sold to Iran by Israel. Would probably be poisoned with a chemical or biological weapon.
 
Naa, just a fair and accurate assessment of current Israel-Iran relations.
Nothing about the current Israel-Iran relation suggests that Israel would send tainted water to Iran as humanitarian aid, if that's what you're talking about. At worst, they would send what looked like a water shipment, but secretly, it's Mossad.
