He would, in his own words, be "ecstatic" if Trump were assassinated. How can you interpret that as anything other than being in favor of Trump's assassination? Are you commonly not in favor of things that make you ecstatic?
I'm pretty sure that detaining citizens during an investigation is a fundamental part of due process, that law enforcement engages in thousands of times every day, across the country.
It's just a fun way to ignore the point. That's what those people do.
I have to say, people being detained by masked men without any identifying marks or ID, is VERY police state. Right out of the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, East Germany, North Korea, etc. However their targets tend to be racial minorities, ordered by a racist leader who loves to spread bigotry and racism, which is much more in line with a Fascist regime than Communist.

Of course it is not accidental or unintentional. I see no reason to use euphemisms to describe the places as anything else than what they really are.

And I have no problem with criminals being booted out of the country, but with the characterization of all brown people as MS13, murderers, and rapists. Don’t forget that in order to portray Abrego Garcia as MS13 they had to fake his tattoo, and take a new look at charges that he had already been acquitted for.

One is by one of my late bosses, Rudy Nassauer, who wrote the award winning book, The Hooligan, about the rise of Nazism in his native Germany and the other by Walter Cohen, Etsin Turvapaikka (I sought asylum), both of which seem to reflect what is happening with Trump's ICE squads today.
