Cuomo defeated in NYC Democratic Mayoral Primary

He claimed his racial category was Asian AND African-American/black.

That was fraud.

The US census lists under racial category, black/African-American.

The U.S. Census bureau does in fact not track “African-American” as a race as a four-second google search would have told you.

Click on the link below, scroll down to the race category, and note the lack of “African-American” as a category, and maybe try to learn something.

In this universe, where a non-Black person is from Africa and then becomes an American citizen, like Musk or Mamdani.
Its pretty disrespectful to black people to make believe that white racist Afrikaaners born in Capetown are African-American.

The racial categories included in the census questionnaire generally reflect a social definition of race recognized in this country and not an attempt to define race biologically, anthropologically, or genetically. In addition, it is recognized that the categories of the race item include racial and national origin or sociocultural groups. People may choose to report more than one race to indicate their racial mixture, such as “American Indian” and “White.” People who identify their origin as Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish may be of any race.

OMB requires five minimum categories: White, Black or African American, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander.

You’re just flailing now.

US Census lists 5 racial categories:

White, Black or African American, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander.

The only way Musk or Momdani can honestly claim to be black/African-American is if they have such ancestry. Neither do. As far as the US Census goes.

Because of this error it is now imperative that NYC elect either the corrupt incumbent mayor who sucks up to Trump, or the sex pest, or the GOP gang leader.

The way I see it there's a cohort of Black people in America who have inherited a generational lagacy of discrimination and disenfranchisement. These are "African" Americans in the sense that their ancestors came (or were brought) from Africa, and whose descendants were born into this legacy of racist oppression. It's these people represented by the figure of speech, "African Americans".

White Africans don't share this experience and generational legacy. First generation immigrants and their children don't share this experience. Especially affluent and successful immigrants and their children.

Thus it seems to me that it's a kind of stolen valor, when people like Obama, Harris, and Mamdani claim the African American identity. They don't share the experience, nor have they inherited the legacy of disenfranchisement, that characterizes what we mean by "African American".

Profoundly weird that you are calling the U.S. Census bureau liars, then citing them, and then not even reading your own cite that specifically calls out a distinction between racial and national origin.
What are the racial categories listed on the US Census?

And they specifically mention that these categories are not meant to be true categories of race and in their tracking of racial demographics (per my previous cite) they do not consider “African-American” a race.

Elon Musk, is NOT black. Nor is Mondami.

White people declaring how Black people should be categorized and how they feel about it is always fun to watch.
